Arrow Does insurance cover the knee walker?
  Some insurance companies may cover some or part of the cost of the Knee Walker. You will need to check with your particular insurance company to determine if they provide any reimbursement for this product. We cannot submit the documentation to your insurance company because we are not a provider for your insurance company. However, the shipping documentation that we provide you will include a statement that shows all the charges in a form that you can submit to your insurer. With our shipping documentation and medical information from physician, you may be able to get coverage from your insurance company.

Arrow What information must I have to complete a rental?
  You must have a valid Visa or Mastercard and be a resident of the continental United States. You must be able to provide the billing address of the credit card and a valid shipping address for the Knee Walker. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Arrow Can I extend my knee walker rental?
  Yes. You will need to call us at 1-800-524-9788 prior to the expiration of your initial rental period. At that time you can choose to extend the rental on a week to week basis or for an additional month. If you do not make arrangements with us to return or extend your rental prior to expiration of the initial rental period, your rental will renew for an additional month and your credit card will be charged for an additional one month period.

Arrow How long does delivery take and can I get expedited delivery?
 

We ship from Virginia to anywhere in the Continental United States. Typically delivery time is 2-6 business days. Please see the map to the left for estimated (non-guaranteed) delivery times from our warehouse. We do, however, offer expedited guaranteed shipping for an additional charge. If you need overnight service, it is usually best to call us at 1-800-524-9788. The following are the additional shipping and handling fees associated with expedited guaranteed delivery for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST:

Next Day Air : $115.00 surcharge

2 Day Guaranteed: $80.00 surcharge

3 Day Guaranteed: $50.00 surcharge

Arrow What if the knee walker is lost or damaged during the rental period?
  If the Knee Walker is lost or damaged, beyond normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement/repairs up to the retail purchase price of $599 for the Drive Knee Walker and $699 for the RollerAid.
